Orders
You can register for an account at https://account.someonesmom.com.
There you can track your orders and manage account details.
We are unable to make any changes to the items in your order after it has been placed. This includes order modifications, cancellations, and address changes. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is authorized at time of purchase and captured once your order has been shipped.
PayPal: When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to someonesmom.com. Please make sure your address in PayPal is up to date
Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): You can make purchases now and spread the cost into convenient installments through Affirm. Affirm is a third-party lending company that offers point-of-sale financing. You'll choose a payment plan at checkout and pay off the balance over time, often with no interest.
You can track your order with the tracking link provided in your shipment notification email or by logging in to your account at https://account.someonesmom.com
Once an order is placed, please allow one to three business days for the order to be packed and shipped. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
Shipping & Returns
Orders may take up to three business days to process before shipping. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150. We offer standard, priority, and next day delivery. Orders must be placed by 11am est when selecting next day delivery.
All international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse any additional charges incurred during international shipping.
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
